What is Run Command in Windows XP ?

The Run command is used to directly open an application or document whose path is Unknown. Using, Run Command is the quickest way to launch programs or to open folders and documents. Suppose, you want to open Calculator Application; you would go to Start –> All Programs –> Accessories –> Calculator Hmmm, that was a long way though you could also do by just typing “calc” in run command and will eventually open Calculator program. Which is a way better then by manually finding and opening the application.
